See Enneagram site button on left for the complete description.
During this session, the team will quickly take an Enneagram assessment and we will break down the results. Not all enneagram assessments are created equal, so we like to encourage teams to not take it before you get here so we can do it together.
I will explain each number individually, the nuances of the Enneagram and how the numbers impact each other.

This is a continuation of the team session if leaders participated in that. We can work with the leader to help them dive deeper into their team’s information and create personalized plans for their leadership styles.
For individuals who would like to take this, we start with you taking the enneagram assessment and will build out a plan for you based on your enneagram number. It does help if you know what enneagram number your team is, which is why we encourage you to do the workshop previously with your team (but not required).

Its said a house divided cannot stand… A team without psychological safety cannot stand on it’s own.
This is one of my most favorite topics in the world! Psychological Safety is one of the topics I’m most passionate about because it’s one of the things leaders don’t pay attention to until it’s too late and the culture is shattered and their good people are gone.
This workshop is geared toward leaders (high and mid) who want to learn about how to build psychological safety in their orgs and build a culture of accountability, trust and empowerment of teams.

Depending on what the dynamic issues are, I can customize build a workshop just for you! Lets build a workshop that targets your pain-points or something to give your team a breather for the day!
It can be for fun, or target something you are trying to work on specifically. I also have an extensive background in Agile / Process Optimization if you’d like to target any processes or future items you are working on. Reach out for more questions.

Having an extensive background in product delivery, I have a lot of experience with discovery.
Do you need to discover more about your customers? Do you need to discover more about each other? Let’s talk and put together a workshop for your team on what that would look like. I would love to help you achieve your goals.

Have you ever had a hard time finding the right seat on the bus? I floundered for years wondering why I didn’t fit in within my role until I had someone recommend the Enneagram to me.

For years i have studied teams: their processes, health, dynamics, stressors, and the effects said elements have on the success of a team or their goals.

The 3-legged stool is one of the best agile implementation teaching concepts. I found it to be not only a great analogy and teacher, but it is one of the best ways for me to work with clients, and help teams remain successful.
Utilizing this analogy in practice gave me the ability to show teams THE "HOW" in supporting all aspects of their roles, communication, collaboration and dependencies up and down in SAFe trains.Lastly, I use this talk to show you that no matter what type of work you do, you, too, can enable your clients, teams or management to understand organizational change. You can also show leaders and teams how AND why you need not shortchange teams by having people double duty, 50% or leave early and why it's important to not have one person do both roles.

After working with teams for nearly 20 years, I might have a few stories and learned a few lessons. One of the biggest lessons I picked up along the way is to help teams do the right things for the right reasons. This is more than simply prioritizing work.
This is done through culture, process and accountability, as well as driving product support.
With this talk, I explain the HOW. While these can be difficult to grasp for some, it’s not wasted when it’s successful. I will also share some anecdotes of clients and teams alike how this worked and when it didn’t. My hope is you will leave inspired to bring these concepts to your teams as well.

The ‘go slower to go faster’ concept is a core builder in the Agile world, however, in my recovery, I have found this is one of the KEY builders to recovery.
Anytime you are building or rebuilding, you must purpose to go slow to go fast. I lay out best practices and how this has served me well in so many areas of my life and can help teams be better units, as well as individuals become a better you!

All of us have been hurt by someone(s). Friends, family, coworkers, maybe even someone in the supermarket. Whether you come from a spiritual background or not, we will all need to forgive someone at some point in our lives.
I have a many tales of how forgiveness stopped me from being eaten alive. Unforgiveness almost ruined my career, my family, my life. I personally share how this has affected my entire life. I had to come to terms with forgiving people and letting go of resentment, anger, hurt, understanding that forgiveness isn’t about them it’s about me.
I vulnerably share these stories because I believe by my healing it’s my duty to share this journey so other can, too!
Any of us can find healing today.
